1965 International Harvester 1200
THIS IS OUT OF A BARN HERE IN NW INDIANA. THIS TRUCK WAS BOUGHT NEW BY A LOCAL FARMER, AND THEN WAS PUT IN A BARN 20 YEAS AGO, AFTER THE OWNER PASSED. THE DAUGHTER CALLED ME FOR VALUE AND I KNEW THIS WAS ONE RARE TRUCK. AFTER LOOKING AT SEVERAL SIGNS, I STRONGLY BELEAVE THIS TO BE A ORIGINAL, IN EVERY WAY, INCLUDING THE MILES. AFTER LOOKING AT THE FOOT PEDELS, THE ORIGINAL MATTS , THE PAINT , UNDERNITH, ECT I WAS AMAZED. THE BIGGEST QUETION , IS WHAT TO DO FROM HERE, IF ANYTHING? DO YOU LEAVE IT AS IS, AND DO THE BARN FIND THING? DO YOU JUST BUFF IT OUT, AND CLEAR COAT IT, AND LEAVE THE REST? OR DO YOU DO A FULL RESTRO TO IT? IT DOES HAVE UNDERNEITH RUST, FROM THE BARN, BUT IT IS SURFACE. THIS TRUCK IS IN GREAT SHAPE, FOR JUST BEING DRUG OUT OF YJE BARN. I HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HER SO FAR OTHER THEN BY PASSING THE FUEL PUMP, WITH AN ELECTRIC FOR NOW, AND CLEANED THE CARB, AND THE TANK, AND BLEW THE LINES… SHE STARTED AND RUNS LIKE A TOP. NO SMOKE, DRIVES AND SHIFTS, GAUGES WORK, ECT
